The VPN connection can only be used when you work from home or at a place other than any Videlio-HMS branch office. If you are planning to use the VPN, please make sure that it is working properly before you plan to use it.

1. Open the VPN app: Double click on the ‘OpenVPN Connect’ icon on your desktop. 

If the icon is not visible on your desktop, you can search for the application in the Windows menu bar and start it by double-clicking.

2. A new window appears; swipe the grey button to continue.

3. Enter your Windows password (assigned when you received your workstation) and click "OK".

4. A one-time password (OTP) is necessary for access. The required code can be found in the Authenticator app for the OPNsense resource; enter this code and select "Send" to proceed.

5. The grey icon will turn green once a successful VPN connection is established.
